“Business ownership isn’t everything. You’ve got to really show up in your life, too. Be present with those you love, take time for self-care, and quit trying to be a superhero. Drop the cape, ask for help and watch how your business soars.”
- Courtney B. Riley

I’m guessing you’re here because you’re ready for a change.
Maybe you’re burnt out and tired of running the rat race or maybe you have the sneaking suspicion that there’s more out there beyond “business as usual.” Or maybe you just feel plain stuck.
Well, first let me tell you I’ve been there… multiple times. Doesn’t feel very good, does it? Might even make you question everything you thought to be true about yourself and your business. I’ve lived that life - I’ve been the rise-and-grind, can’t-stop-won’t-stop, success-at-any-cost entrepreneur. And, sure, I had some success. But what I sacrificed for all those business “wins” was way too costly when I finally stopped (read: was forced to stop by a global pandemic) and took a look around. And thank GOD I did. Because I was finally able to hear Him clearly and realize what I was born to do.
I wasn’t put on this earth to suffer or to sacrifice for someone else’s idea of success. I was born to thrive and to help others do the same. And the best way I know to do that is with LOVE. Of course, love isn’t something that’s talked about in business all too often but I’m hoping that’s something we can change, together.
I believe it’s time to Lead with Love - to cherish our people and their dreams as much as we do our own, to uplift and support one another and assist without agendas whenever we’re able. There IS room for love in business and when you finally open up to it and let it lead you through every action you take and every word you speak, everything - and I mean everything - changes.
